How much does Pinnacle’s Program cost?
The Credit Recovery Program and the High School Acceleration Program are completely free of charge!

When does school start?
All Pinnacle schools start August 7, 2006

How long does it take to complete the course?
All work for a course must be completed in 42 days. However, students are allowed to finish courses early and work at their own pace. Therefore, if you work harder you can finish quicker!

How Do I register?
Registration is done through our online registration form and you can access this by clicking the following link: Apply Now!

All students need to register through the online form.

How do I obtain my password?
Once you have completed the online form and sent any needed documents to Pinnacle, an enrollment counselor will contact you to schedule your orientation course and provide you with your logon information.

How do I know what class I need?
Students need to meet with their home school’s guidance counselor to make sure they know what classes to take. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that they check with their guidance counselor to make sure the class they take with Pinnacle will satisfy the class they need with their other High School.

Do the credits transfer?
Pinnacle is certified by the Arizona State Board of Charter Schools as well as being accredited by the NCA and CITA, which means we have had our curriculum audited to ensure that they meet a high standard. Usually, the accreditation from these organizations will allow credits to transfer to other schools. However, it is the student’s responsibility to get approval from their home school to ensure that the credits will transfer.

What are the computer system requirements?
Computer requirements are as follows:

Internet connection – Dial up will work but high speed is preferred.

Do I need any books?
Any additional resources, such as books for an English class, will be available at the location that you pick in the registration form. If you notice a book is not available at your site, please let the staff know and they will make proper arrangements for you.

How many courses can I take at one time?
Students will have the opportunity to take two classes if they are full-time onsite or online Pinnacle students. If you are attending another high school at the same time, we recommend only one course at a time.
