Welcome to the online enrollment process for Pinnacle High School. In order to complete this process you must have the following information at hand:
  • Your current e-mail address
  • Your legal name as it appears on your birth certificate, your address, zip code and phone number(s)
  • Your parent(s) address, phone numbers, and e-mail address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Family income level, to determine eligibility for the free and reduced lunch program (you will not be asked for your income level, only if you are eligible!)

After completing the online application, you must fax or e-mail the following document(s) to Pinnacle Education to finish the enrollment process:

  • Proof of age (driver’s license, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Immunization records (not needed for concurrent or partner schools students)
  • Transcript (not needed for concurrent or partner schools students)
  • Withdrawal form from your previous school (not needed for concurrent or partner schools students)

You will not be able to finish the application process unless you have this information.
